The winner of the Kirra Illuminating Glass Award (KIGA) - the Glass Art Award sponsored by Kirra Galleries and Fed Square Pty Ltd, will be announced next Monday by the Victorian Minister of the Creative Arts, the Hon Martin Foley MP, as a highlight of Fed Square's The Light in Winter program in 2015.
